In accordance with Article 7 of Law No. 119/2014 “On the Right to Information”, the transparency program for the National Civil Protection Agency has been prepared. This program defines the legal framework of the activity of this authority within the framework of law no. 119/2014 “On the Right to Information”. This program is evaluated as a concrete way through which AKMC builds and increases transparency in its institutional work, under the guarantee of the Law on the Right to Information.

AKMC will periodically update the Transparency Program, in accordance with point 2 of article 5, of the Law on the Right to Information. The information made public in this program aims to make the work activity of this Agency transparent, through detailed reflection on the official website. The transparency program is reflected in the rubrics, texts/content, time frame for making it public, the way of making it public as well as the relevant structure, which produces or administers the document. In the content of the transparency program, the publication scheme is evidenced, which reflects the menus, where the document is addressed on the official website. The documentation made public will be updated in the form of content without request, in easily understandable formats. The publication scheme and the information allowed for publication are presented according to the summary table recorded in this program, as follows.

Dokumentat administrative përpilohen dhe ruhen fizikisht pranë sekretari-arkivit, sipas normave tekniko-profesionale të Republikës së Shqipërisë.
Përgatitet pasqyra emërtuese e çeljes së dosjeve bazuar në listën konkrete me afatet e ruajtjes së dokumentave nga 10 (dhjetë) vjet deri në dokumenta me Rëndësi Historike Kombëtare.
Ato klasifikohen sipas rregullave arkivore të Ligjit Nr.9154, datë 06.11.2003, për arkivat dhe sipas Komisionit të Ekspertizës, ngritur pranë institucionit.
Ndërkohë, për dokumentat që kanë plotësuar afatet e ruajtjes, kryhet përpunimi tekniko- shkencor.
